Terms of Service

These terms govern use of aireadify.ai, the Aireadify Gateway at api.aireadify.ai, the scanner, and related services ("Services") provided by Kestro Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Kestro Labs", "we").

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your keys, including by your end users.

2. The Gateway

The Gateway forwards your requests to third-party model providers. Provider terms and acceptable-use policies apply to your use and flow down to your end users. We may add, remove or change models and providers; we will give notice for removals where practical.

3. Your applications and end users

You may integrate the Services into your own products for your end users. You may not resell bare API keys, operate a service whose primary function is to relay our API, or use the Services to circumvent any provider's regional, usage or safety restrictions. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Fees

Gateway usage is billed per token at the prices published on aireadify.ai, from the usage reported in each response. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes are added where required.

5. Data

We process request metadata (tokens, model, latency, status) to operate and bill the Services. We do not store prompt or completion bodies unless you enable debug logging. Providers process your content under their own policies; data region and retention status are stated per model. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

The Services are provided on an as-available basis during early access. Enterprise agreements may include a service level. We may suspend keys or accounts that threaten the stability or security of the Services.

7. Upgrade services

Upgrade engagements are governed by a separate statement of work. The grade guarantee applies to the Cloudflare agent-readiness score as re-run after delivery, subject to the customer implementing delivered changes.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your content and outputs to the extent the provider grants them. We retain rights to the Services, the scanner, and our documentation.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kestro Labs' aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the content of model outputs.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms or the AUP. Unused subscription time is refunded pro rata; unused credits are handled per the Refund Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
