Refund Policy

Short version: subscriptions are refundable pro rata, prepaid credits are not refundable for cash, and we fix billing mistakes in full.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time. Unused whole days in the current period are refunded pro rata to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Credits

Prepaid credits are not refundable for cash once purchased, because we prepay providers on your behalf. Credits do not expire while the account is active. If we discontinue the Gateway, remaining credits are refunded in full.

Billing errors

If usage was billed incorrectly, for example an upstream error that was charged, we credit the difference in full. Email hello@aireadify.ai with the x-request-id.

Upgrade services

Governed by the statement of work. Under the grade guarantee, if the re-run agent-readiness score does not reach the agreed grade after the customer implements delivered changes, the fee is not charged or is refunded.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute; disputes on legitimately used credits result in account suspension.
